RETURNS and CANCELLATIONS
Riverside Coffee processes every order with extreme care. However, due to any unforeseen situation if you are not satisfied with the product the below terms and conditions apply for an amicable resolution of the situation. We accept returns within 48 to 72 hours of receiving the shipment. Please do send an email to email@example.com before the goods are send back. This will help us promptly address the situation.
- Whilst returning the product, please ensure that
- The product is unused.
- Please return it along with the packing and invoice. All original tags must be returned for processing of a return.
- Please do send us the tracking number of the product.
- Please ensure that the product is send to us via trackable courier service.
- The refunds will be issued promptly once the return shipment arrives.
- The refund will be processed via the same mode as the payment was received.
- The cost of the product paid by you and the shipping charges borne will be refunded. Please do email us the proof of costs incurred for shipping.
- If the received product is damaged or defective, or if you feel that the product hasn’t matched our representations, please mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will have the product replaced or advise you on further instructions within 48 hours.
If a replacement is required, the product will be shipped to you with no shipping costs. We ensure that all orders placed on the website are met. If, we are unable to send you the product you have ordered, contact you on further proceedings. If no similar products are available, we will process the refund completely immediately.
